T321H Sulfurized Isobutylene (High-pressure Method)

Product Performance

This product is an additive product synthesized through high-pressure reaction. It appears as a light yellow transparent liquid and serves as the main sulfur-containing agent in gear oils.

Product Feature

This product has excellent extreme pressure activity and strong anti-sintering ability. It can prevent damage to the tooth surface under high-speed impact load conditions. Under the high temperature of the friction surface, the decomposition products react with the metal surface to form a chemical reaction film, reducing the probability of metal surface abrasion and scuffing. It has excellent solubility in both mineral oils and synthetic oils, and there will be no precipitation even after long-term storage.

Scope of Application and Recommended Dosage

This product is widely used to formulate various specifications of gear oils, metal working oils and other oil products.

 

Recommended dosage: 1.5~5.0%
