BSD-3918 Phosphate Ester Amine Salt Multi-Functional Extreme Pressure Additive

Product Overview
BSD-3918 is a multi-functional extreme pressure anti-wear additive based on phosphate ester amine salt. Its unique phosphorus-nitrogen structure provides exceptional protection against friction and wear, even under high-load and high-temperature conditions. The product significantly improves the performance of gear oils, hydraulic oils, and metalworking oils.

Packaging and Acceptance

  • This product is packaged in standard iron drums, or in BIC ton drums or other packaging forms according to customer needs.
  • Product identification, sample retention, and delivery acceptance shall be carried out in accordance with SH/T0164 standard.

Product Storage, Transportation, and Compounding Agent Blending Operations and Precautions

  • The product shall be stored, loaded and unloaded in accordance with the SH/T0164 standard, and must be clearly labeled during transportation, storage and use to prevent mixing and cross contamination with other petroleum products.
  • When adjusting oil, the maximum temperature should not exceed 75 ℃.
  • Long term storage temperature should not exceed 50 ℃.
  • Single dose and composite product shelf life: 24 months (at ambient temperature). After opening and using, pay attention to sealed storage.

Health and Safety

  • The products in this manual are non flammable, non explosive, and non corrosive, and are similar to general petroleum products in terms of safety, environmental protection, and use.

  • Avoid prolonged or repeated contact with the skin during use, prevent accidental ingestion, and keep away from children.

  • Wear protective gloves when using, and the operator does not need to take special safety precautions. Once it splashes into the eyes or skin, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.

  • Store the product in a cool, dry, and well ventilated place, away from sources of fire. Heat source.

  • Waste packaging materials, oil liquids, and waste residues should be handed over to qualified units for recycling and disposal, and are prohibited from being discharged into water bodies or soil.
