Product Performance

This product incorporates nanomaterials and has outstanding extreme pressure, antiwear, antioxidation and antirust performances, as well as energy-saving and environmental protection effects. It can extend the service life of the gears in the rear axle of automobiles. This product can withstand high-speed impact loads and also meet the requirements of low-speed and high-torque working conditions. It has a wide anticorrosion range and strong sealing adaptability.

• Heavy-duty Vehicle Gear Oil GL-5: 3.8%
• Medium-duty Vehicle Gear Oil GL-4: 1.9%
• Heavy-duty Industrial Gear Oil CKD: 1.5%
• Medium-duty Industrial Gear Oil CKC: 1.3%

Packaging and acceptance

• This product is packaged in standard iron drums, or in BIC ton drums or other packaging forms according to customer needs.
• Product identification, sample retention, and delivery acceptance shall be carried out in accordance with SH/T0164 standard.

Product storage, transportation, and compounding agent blending operations and precautions

• The product shall be stored, loaded and unloaded in accordance with the SH/T0164 standard, and must be clearly labeled during transportation, storage and use to prevent mixing and cross contamination with other petroleum products;
• When adjusting oil, the maximum temperature should not exceed 75 ℃;
• Long term storage temperature should not exceed 50 ℃.
• Single dose and composite product shelf life: 24 months (at ambient temperature). After opening and using, pay attention to sealed storage.

Health and Safety

• The products in this manual are non flammable, non explosive, and non corrosive, and are similar to general petroleum products in terms of safety, environmental protection, and use.
• Avoid prolonged or repeated contact with the skin during use, prevent accidental ingestion, and keep away from children.
• Wear protective gloves when using, and the operator does not need to take special safety precautions. Once it splashes into the eyes or skin, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
• Store the product in a cool, dry, and well ventilated place, away from sources of fire. Heat source.
• Waste packaging materials, oil liquids, and waste residues should be handed over to qualified units for recycling and disposal, and are prohibited from being discharged into water bodies or soil.
