High-Performance Low-Odor Universal Gear Oil Additive Package | Versatile Solution for GL-5, GL-4, and Industrial Gear Oil Standards

 

Product Description:
BSD78660 is a high-efficiency composite additive package designed for automotive and industrial gear oil formulations. It combines imported sulfur-based anti-wear extreme pressure agents, a proprietary phosphorus-nitrogen core agent, high-quality oiliness agents, and rust inhibitors. Offering low dosage with high performance, BSD78660 meets the GB 5903-2011 and NB/SH/T 0467-2010 industry standards. It is compatible with mineral oils of Groups I, II, and III, as well as synthetic oils such as PAO, and provides a low-odor formulation without unpleasant smells.

Recommended Dosage:

  • API GL-5 Heavy Load Automotive Gear Oil: 4.0%
  • API GL-4 Medium Load Automotive Gear Oil: 2.0%
  • L-CKD Heavy Load Industrial Gear Oil: 1.5%
  • L-CKC Medium Load Industrial Gear Oil: 1.1%

Packaging and acceptance
This product is packaged in standard iron drums, or in BIC ton drums or other packaging forms according

to customer needs.
Product identification, sample retention, and delivery acceptance shall be carried out in accordance with

SH/T0164 standard.

Product storage, transportation, and compounding agent blending operations and precautions
The product shall be stored, loaded and unloaded in accordance with the SH/T0164 standard, and must be

clearly labeled during transportation, storage and use to prevent mixing and cross contamination with other

petroleum products;
When adjusting oil, the maximum temperature should not exceed 75 ℃;
Long term storage temperature should not exceed 50 ℃.
Single dose and composite product shelf life: 24 months (at ambient temperature). After opening and using,

pay attention to sealed storage.

Health and Safety
The products in this manual are non flammable, non explosive, and non corrosive, and are similar to general

petroleum products in terms of safety, environmental protection, and use.
Avoid prolonged or repeated contact with the skin during use, prevent accidental ingestion, and keep away

from children.
Wear protective gloves when using, and the operator does not need to take special safety precautions. Once

it splashes into the eyes or skin, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
Store the product in a cool, dry, and well ventilated place, away from sources of fire. Heat source.
Waste packaging materials, oil liquids, and waste residues should be handed over to qualified units for recycling

and disposal, and are prohibited from being discharged into water bodies or soil.
